FFO Securities (Pty) Ltd was founded in 1997 by Mr Jan De Kock through acquiring the Bond Division of BOE NatWest Securities Limited, which at that stage included a Bond Exchange of South Africa membership seat. Subsequently FFO Securities also became a member of the JSE Limited and the South African Futures Exchange.

FFO Securities is a full-service member of the JSE, as well as a SAFEX member and has been operating in the financial services industry for more than 20 years

JSE Member:

• Offers all products listed on the JSE

• We make use of the JSE BDA system and all trades are monitored by the JSE as our regulatory body

• All client funds are held at JSE Trustees

• ABSA Capital is the company’s derivatives clearing member

• Nedbank CIB is our Settlement & Custody Agent for Bonds and Money Market

• The company’s back office is outsourced to Computershare Outsourcing

As full members of the JSE Limited we offer trading in all listed Shares and Bonds on the JSE and in all derivatives available on the South African Futures Exchange, including Financial Index Futures, Single Stock Futures, listed CFD’s, and Agricultural Futures.

We are also approved by the Financial Services Board to trade in Money Market Instruments. (FSP Number 37477)

Directorship:

Jan De Kock is the Chief Executive Officer. The other director is Hendrik De Kock. The directors have a combined experience of more than 80 years in the financial services sector.

The key individuals in terms of management and compliance have been with FFO Securities since the company started in 1997.
